THE WORKFLOW

One workspace, from search to outcome.

Set the context once, decide who deserves attention, prepare the right message, and keep the next step visible.

01 · You provide Context and constraints

Your offer, audience, channels, geography, and the limits your team wants to work within.

02 · Lead Intel helps Find and organise

Supported-source discovery, duplicate handling, scoring, message drafts, queues, and reporting.

03 · You decide What happens next

Review the fit, edit outreach, send when ready, follow replies, and improve the next campaign.

01

Start with your product context

Add the product, service, audience, benefits, and supporting details you want to use in outreach. Product context gives discovery jobs and campaigns a consistent starting point instead of making you repeat the same brief.

You can create more than one product when you serve different audiences or offers.

02

Connect the channel you are ready to use

Configure email, SMS, WhatsApp, or a combination of channels. Each provider has its own setup and readiness checks; WhatsApp templates may need approval before they can be used for outreach.

A channel is not treated as ready until its required settings, credentials, and workspace access are in place.

03

Describe who you want to reach

Type a practical brief such as “Hair salons in Lagos,” then choose the supported sources and geography that fit your market. Add keywords and filters when you need a tighter search.

Contact details appear only when the source provides them; Lead Intel does not promise a phone number or email for every profile.

04

Review a clean, prioritised list

The discovery job collects matching profiles, handles duplicate results, and assigns a blended score out of 100 using available profile data, structured checks, and AI-assisted analysis.

Use the score as a review aid, then check the lead details and fit yourself before contacting someone.

05

Prepare and review outreach

Create a campaign for the leads you want to contact. AI can draft a message from the available lead, product, and campaign context. You stay in control: review the draft, edit it, and choose the channel before sending.

Drafting is optional; your team can also write messages manually.

06

Send and manage follow-ups

Send through the configured channel and keep the conversation moving from the Work Queue. When enabled, capped WhatsApp follow-ups can run after the interval you choose, but only when the channel, workspace, credits, and lead are ready.

Opt-outs and delivery outcomes stay part of the outreach record.

07

Work replies and bookings

Use the Work Queue to find leads that need a reply, manual message, or follow-up. If someone is interested, share a Lead Intel booking link so they can choose a time on the booking page.

Confirmed bookings are tracked inside Lead Intel; the workflow does not imply external calendar synchronisation.

08

Measure the next experiment

Review dashboard, outreach, and funnel stages such as found, contacted, replied, booked, and converted. Compare what happened with the brief you started from, then use AI Insights and your own judgement to improve the next campaign.

Plans, credits, and provider readiness determine which actions are available in your workspace.
